Refunds policy

For intensive and semi-intensive certification courses students may pay a £50 non-refundable deposit to hold a place.  The balance of the full fee is payable not less than 1 calendar month before the first day of the course.  If the balance is not received by that date then the place will be lost and the deposit will not be refunded.

Once the full fee has been received, if you then cancel your place, we will offer a refund up to 7 days before the first class begins.  After this time, we will do our best to fill your place and provide you with a refund, but understandably, it may not get filled and so no refund would then be possible.

If you have to withdraw during a certification course we will refund the test fee for the course.  Bear in mind that you must attend all stages of the course to be able to test for certification.  If you withdraw during a course then no refund is payable on the course fee.

If you complete a certification course but are unable to take the Fight Performance Test for some reason we will try to arrange for you to take the test at another venue with students from another course if this is possible. The test must take place within 6 months of the end of the course.  Further training to reach the required standard for testing may be necessary for which there will be a charge.

For one-day and weekend workshops, if you give us 24 hours notice prior to the start of the workshop, we will refund your fee.

Stage Fight Scotland reserves the right to remove any student from a class or workshop if that student is considered to be compromising the health and safety of others.  In this event no refund will payable on any fees paid.
